Partners with Paws – Canine Service Dogs
Linda Port is the program and training director at Canine Partners of the Rockies. We met because of Happy Tails Books’ upcoming book, Partners With Paws, which highlights the importance of assistance dogs in the lives of those with disabilities and the joy people derive from volunteering with assistance dog training and placement organizations. My interview with Linda below really opened my eyes to how the development process works, and as I read through the stories I’ve received to be considered for our upcoming book, I’ve been blown away by how talented these dogs truly are.
